Shipping
Shipping is free to all USA addresses on our custom-made piano bench cushions. Please allow 3-5 business days for the cushion to be made and shipped out once the order has been completed. Shipping time from there is typically an additional 3-5 business days, though this can vary depending on the shipping destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the cushion has been shipped out.
Returns Policy
Because each piano bench cushion we make is custom-made to your order with the fabric and size that you requested, we aren't able to offer returns on our cushions. Of course if an error was made by us we would certainly correct the error by offering a replacement for you. Please contact us if there is a problem with your cushion.
