Shipping

Shipping is free to all USA addresses on our custom made piano bench cushions.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the cushion to be made and shipped out once the order has been completed.  Shipping time from there is typically an additional 3-5 business days, though this can vary depending on the shipping destination.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once the cushion has been shipped out.

Returns Policy

Because each piano bench cushion we make is custom made to your order with the fabric and size that you requested, we aren't able to offer returns on our cushions.  Of course if an error was made by us we would certainly correct the error by offering a replacement for you.  Please contact us if there is a problem with your cushion.

The cushion I received does not fit my bench. What should I do?

The final measurements of the cushion you receive are based on the widest point of the width and length. There is a slight rounding at the corners of the cushion. Because of this the corners of the bench top may not be completely covered (see examples of this in our photo gallery here).  We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer when inputting their measurements on the order.

How thick should a piano bench cushion be?

1-1/2" or 2-1/2" thick piano bench cushions are typically thick enough for most people.  We use upholstery grade foam for comfort and stability.  If the foam is too soft, there isn't enough support to keep the player from bottoming out in the cushion.  The 2-1/2" thick option will give a boost to the height that the player is sitting at.

What size cushion should I get for my piano bench?

Typically you'll want to order a cushion that is the same size as the top of your bench.  Piano benches can vary in size with some sizes being more common.  14" x 30" is the most common size for upright piano benches while many grand piano will have benches that are a little larger.  Since we offer custom sizes you can order your cushion to fit the top of your bench which will provide the best look.
